What Happens if Something I Order is Out of Stock?

There are times when we may not have the product you purchase in stock. When that happens, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date. If that date works, great. If not, please request a refund and order again later.

Can I Request a Refund or Exchange of My Digital Purchase?

No. All digital purchases are final. Digital purchases include files you download or access on physical media, such as a CD or thumb drive. Since these items are easily duplicated, refunds and exchanges are not allowed.

How do I Return a Physical Product, such as a Book?

Subject to the terms herein, if there’s something wrong with your purchase of a physical product (with the exclusion of physical media) or if you are not happy with it, you have one month from our shipping date to request a refund, exchange, and/or return. To return a product, you must ship the product, at your expense, in its original packing. This means if you purchase a product that is shrink-wrapped, it must be returned unopened in the original shrink-wrap material. There are two reasons for this. First, we cannot sell an opened product as new. Second, shrink-wrapped products often include a CD of the physical book that can be easily copied and then the product returned.

USPS Media Mail is probably the least expensive way to return a qualifying product. We recommend that you request a receipt of delivery. This will help us determine if your returned product is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address. We will not provide a refund for a return lost or damaged in transit.

We will review your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it meets the guidelines above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process and you will be notified when we approve the refund.
